We have developed a range of four raw milk raclette cheeses:
Natural – Smoked – Wild garlic – Pepper – Mustard – Chilli – White wine.
We have also developed a raclette flavoured with 2% Tuber Aestivum truffles: the Truffignon.
Our Smoked raclette cheese is 100% regional and is smoked in our own smokehouse at the cheese dairy.
Our Truffignon and our Wild Garlic raclette cheeses were both awarded silver medals the first time we entered them for the Concours Général Agricole.
